Scones: Making of

作為一個(ex)留學生,
緊係有一技旁身

今次試整Scones俾悅兒食
雖然有啲over cook
希望下次無咁brown喇!


自發粉 (300g):
Thickened Cream (150ml) & Lemonade(150ml)過篩撈勻按扁Scone Shape(整到呢度先發現唔見咗scone cutter -_-a):
入焗爐220度
(我估今次15mins太耐,下次試10mins)
