東歐式燒豬
朋友去左舊同事(東歐人)聚會
食嘅嘢好特別
係古法東歐燒豬仔
佢地早一日就攞咗仔豬仔
自己用東歐herbs準備
仲要特登租咗大型雪櫃先雪到仔豬仔過夜
聽說佢地燒咗足足四五個鐘
慢慢等面皮烤熟
之後又等第二層熟
結果食咗一晚!
但係見佢地啲相好似好投入
保持到傳統確實係已經值番哂
